These are six of my favorite nonprofit marketing campaigns. In each case, I was honored to be the chief cook, bottlewasher and Copywriter. Put another way, I developed the campaign strategy, wrote most or all of the campaign copy, and tied in a Google Ad Grant whenever possible.
Marketing Child and Animal Welfare
Founded in 1877, American Humane has a long and distinguished history of protecting children and animals from abuse and neglect. Unfortunately, during the late 20th Century, American Humane needed to rethink its approach to marketing child and animal welfare. Read more about this marketing campaign.
Marketing Community Theatre
Established in 1995, Scottsdale Arizona’s Desert Stages Theatre provides aspiring young performers with often life changing theatrical training. Desert Stages theatre provides high-quality live performances and prides itself on its creative and inclusive environment where actors can learn, grow and thrive. Marketing Sustainable Energy
Marketing sustainable energy best practices at Taliesin West celebrates Frank Lloyd Wright’s legacy for sustainable architectural design. In addition, this campaign is funding the historic preservation of Taliesin West, Mr. Wrights early 20th Century school of architecture and laboratory. Read more about this marketing campaign.
Marketing Navajo Nation Tourism
I was honored to create an outreach and nonprofit fundraising campaign to support developing tourism to the Navajo Nation. This program focused on driving economic develop in the remote and remarkably beautiful Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park area of the Navajo Nation. Read more . . .
Marketing Gold Camp History
The program I developed for marketing gold camp history focused on raising desperately needed historic preservation funding for Cripple Creek Colorado. It was driven by a number of for-profit partnerships (e.g. marketing marriages) that joined the city government, Cripple Creek Museum, Butte Opera House and a wide variety of casinos and other private businesses.
