The overarching objective of my marketing work is to consistently produce an exceptional return on marketing investments. My obsession with marketing ROI has consistently generated several hundred million dollars in equity value for investors while serving as:

  • President and COO at Grand Canyon Railway

    Our team created this tourist destination and living museum as a highly successful for-profit business. We raised more than $18 million and restored historic steam train service to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The investor group sold the business for more than $100 million.

  • Vice President Marketing for Del Webb Recreational Properties

    I implemented marketing strategies that increased the value of Del Webb’s Lake Powell assets from $20 million to more than $70 million. 

  • Vice President Marketing for Radisson Hotels

    My team created the original Radisson brand which positioned the company for growth from 30 to more than 1,000 properties.

  • Director of National Advertising for Holiday Inns

    Our turn around team transformed an under-performing chain of roadside motor inns into an international hospitality leader.
